Da Paolo Bistro Bar Brunch- One Rochester

Sunday family brunch at da paolo one rochester! also bc it is near school (but the last of near-school brunches bc ifg is over!) although I really really enjoyed it :-) 

didnt take pics of the place but it was quite pretty esp if you get an outdoor seat! 


service was kinda slow that day so we were all starving possibly cos they were really full/ my dad thought maybe they forgot our orders! 

sister was freezing and got a cafe latte which was ~ 



This was reaaally really yummy! Grilled Wagyu Beef Burger- 34 in homemade Focaccia with Parma Ham, Caramelized Onions, Porcini Mushrooms & Fries which my brother ordered and I stole some of cos I was still hungry after finishing my food. Beef was really juicy and the onions were really good :>  
although my brother did remark that it wasn't as good as the burger at &Made! 


Dad's Bistro Breakfast- 28 Bacon, mushrooms, beans, tomato, mixed salad & choice of organic eggs (poached)! 


Really liked my Sauteed Crab & Watercress- 24 with Poached Organic Egg, Zucchini Quinoa and Hollandaise. First time having quinoa but i rly liked it the crabcake was amazing & well-seasoned!! 


Sister's Smoked Salmon & Avocado- 24 with Baby Asparagus, Poached Organic Egg, Homemade Focaccia, Cherry Tomatoes & Cream cheese sauce (which was really nice too- to our surprise). Sister asked for a side of hollandaise in case the cream cheese was strange but it wasnt! Gladly added some onto my quinoa :-)  


This is probably the dessert that surprised us all (& I would def order again if I came back!) 
Homemade Baileys Gelato sandwiched between Chocolate Cake served with Mint- 15. I was apprehensive about the icecream at first but it was really so good with the chocolate cake & mint sauce!! 

Banana Fritters with Caramel Sauce & Homemade Burnt Milk Gelato - 15 
This was alright the gelato was more icy than creamy- we concurred that it tasted more burnt than burnt milk!
